Enclomiphene and Clomiphene are selective estrogen receptor modulators (SERMs). They work by improving the body's natural testosterone production through increasing levels of precursor hormones LH and FSH (hormones that stimulate testosterone production). They help preserve the feedback mechanisms of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis, potentially reducing the risk of testicular atrophy and infertility often linked with testosterone supplementation.
Enclomiphene or clomiphene may be a great option for men who prefer pill form therapy, or are concerned about any decreased fertility while taking testosterone supplementation.

FAQ's
What is included in the Enclomiphene or Clomiphene hormone therapy? For $95 per month, this includes 2.5 month supply of Testosterone Cypionate (most commonly 200 mg/week), anastrozole (aromatase inhibitor), syringes, initial consultation and follow ups with license medical provider.
Do you prescribe to patients in my state? Right now we only prescribe to SC residents. Please continue to check back as we expand our practice!
Are labs included? We do not include labs in the monthly price. We give patients the option to either provide us with their own labs or order them through TRTme (can have them drawn at your local Labcorp or Quest diagnostics center). Our lab fee is only $129.
Can I receive hormone therapy without lab work? No. Unfortunately the only way to determine if you are a candidate for hormone therapy is through a blood test.
Which labs are reviewed? Complete Blood Count (CBC), Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP), Testosterone, Estradiol, and Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA)
What are the potential side effects of clomiphene in men? Side effects can include mood swings, hot flashes, changes in libido, and headaches. Long-term use may increase the risk of certain cardiovascular conditions.
